REVIEW - Beth Néspoli
“The degree of elaboration is already evident in the choreography of the first scene, when a scientist (Cristiano Salomão) tries to convince his friend (Nino Belucci) to do it together with he and his servant (Joyce Salomão) on a balloon trip over the African continent. The well-marked movement of the bodies, almost a dance – which will return in other scenes – serves to express the hesitations and intentions of the characters without falling into clichés of grimaces, bitten nails and trembling legs.
The group also demonstrates that they are not yet afraid of words, taking to the stage dialogues that could be considered long or complex for the target audience.”

REVIEW - DIB CARNEIRO
“The montage is quite stimulating as
way of presenting to the public the aspect of literature called steampunk, of which Jules Verne, the author of the original work Five Weeks in a Balloon is its greatest representative.
I highlight the shark that enters the scene, totally steampunk, as its creator, Cristiano Salomão, explained to me. I also love the sandstorm scene, very well done, stimulating the imagination more than the realism.
And the lighting is beautiful when the balloon takes off. Running through all this concern about being faithful to Jules Verne, there is a delicious naive humor in the play, especially thanks to the character of the servant, made with great talent by Joyce Salomão, who also directed and adapted the text. For example, when the scientist says he wants a tranquilizer, the servant hits him hard in the head with a clowning, circus mood.
I loved reviewing and applauding Lightsaber.

REVIEW-Antônio Chapéu
“It is beautiful when we can see on stage a montage that is the result of
serious and competent research, when there is commitment from the actors and when
we realized that the staging was carried out by an effective group work”.

It was JULIUS VERNE, one of the greatest adventure writers of all time. Known as the father of science fiction and recognized by UNESCO as the most read and translated author in the world.
Five Weeks in a Balloon, the first book by Verne, brings the adventure of believing that our dreams are possible! The characters have “Thirst for Knowledge” and overcome obstacles by creating new possibilities through imagination. In this vessel we are taken on the adventure of believing that our dreams are possible, Verne's balloon has built-in paraphernalia and a fictional technology that creates ways to take its crew to the unexplorable, in literature it is about Africa, here we bring it in the form of philosophy the initiative to create new possibilities through imagination. We believe in critical thinking and stimulating the imagination to overcome challenges. Five Weeks in a Balloon, raises the question of how we deal with problems and also with the path we draw day by day relating our expectations with the world. With the aim of overcoming obstacles, the text talks about the unconscious search for the realization of dreams.
REVIEW - Clara Arreguy
“With a lot of gestures and carefully prepared body language, the fantasy pact is easily established, which makes the young audience take off in a balloon, cross the skies of Africa, find and lose treasures, face oceans and the desert, with its dangers and characters. threatening. The crowd does not take their eyes off and goes along with the three heroes, between achievements and failures, fully adhered to the proposal.
How good it is to watch the birth of theatrical passion in the encounter between an engaging text like that of Jules Verne and a staging that makes pure theater its strength!
After Five Weeks in a Balloon, that child audience will never be the same. Happily."
